Fructose: found in fruits and honey

one of the mildly sweet "sugars" still can effect health.
Glucose: found in honey, fruits and vegetables.
It mainly comes from foods rich in carbohydrates, like bread, potatoes, and fruit. it is natural starting out but like everything else man "makes it better" you should limit you consumption of it.
Lactose: found in milk, made from glucose and galactose.
yes lactose is a sugar. some are unable to properly digest it is called lactose intolerance. People may supply themselves with lactose free options, but be ware of what they add to replace.
Maltose: found in barley.
the more known name is malt sugar. Maltose also appears in foods in which starch is fermented by yeast or enzymes, such as in bread or brewed beverages like beer.
Sucrose: made up of glucose and fructose and found in plants.
there are many forms of sugar. depending on the kind means how much you can tolerate. no matter the kind you should limit your consumption.
