The way you were taught makes a difference.
In the article by Jean Anyon she associates learning in different class types.
The four types she illustrates are as followed, the "working class", "middle class", "affluent professional", and "executive elite." depending which class your in makes a difference
Poor to rich is the main difference. There is so much more than money separating them the way they are taught, but money adds to the difference. You may wonder how healthcare goes with education. It does not seem to, but it does, let me explain. the poorer "working class" as they are called, probably will not care what they eat. There worries are on what they would consider the bigger picture, like day to day life, what the next meal is, paying bills etcetera. . They were probably not taught health education in school, it was most likely lack of funding or interest. Most think it is just sex ed but it is not they teach or are supposed to ways to improve life. The higher classes are better funded, so they teach the basics of health.
