Eating to much sugar?

A few signs you may be eating to much sugar
9. Joint pain: by eating less sugar you will lose weight so less discomfort for your joints.
8. Craving sweet foods: when you eat sweets your body likes but through time you have to ingest more and more to get the sweet taste.
7. Energy highs and lows: if you ingest too much sugar you get what is referred to as “sugar high” you feel great maybe a bit crazy then you get a “sugar crash” when you feel down or low like you got hit by a truck.
6. Constant skin breakouts: Acne is the result of skin swelling becoming red as a result. Sugar in high quantities causes swelling or pain.
5. Weight gain: Sugar adds lots of calories and your body needs calories. When your body gets enough it stores to remaining calories as fat. As a result, you gain those unwanted lbs.
4. Tooth decay: in most sugary food there is a mild acid like in fruits and sodas. By ingesting those it wears the enamel down on your teeth. Enamel does not grow back think of it like wax on a car. Over time it goes away and there are things that can speed up that process. Brushing, flossing, and mouthwash definitely add protection. No matter how good you do those or frequently you will leave particles behind leading to tooth decay.
3. A high sugar tolerance: Just like most things the more you do you get used to that level. In sugar it sends a signal to the brain that’s sweet so it is good. Then you get used to that amount and “have” to have more to get to the same sweetness.
2. Frequent colds and flu: ‘White blood cells need about 50 times the amount of Vitamin C they normally would just to be able to get rid of the viruses and bacteria.
Your body is searching for Vitamin C, but unfortunately it doesn’t always find it. Sugar is broken down into glucose, and this glucose is oddly similar in its chemical structure to Vitamin C. This means that when your body tries to use the Vitamin C, it often grabs the glucose instead of the vitamin.’
(wellwisdom.com) so what that means is your body is looking for vitamins and because on the cellular level sugars look similar the body uses them. Trying to fight a sickness without white blood cells is like putting water in your gas tank and expecting it to go.
1. Feeling bloated: Sugar when digested makes you produce gas leading to you feeling bloated. The way to get around this is eating less sugar you do not need to cut it completely out just limit it.
