Basic sugar facts

here is a quote saying what can happen if you eat too much sugar
"Sugar might taste good to you, but processed sugars aren't good for you. Eating a lot of refined, added sugars can lead to headaches, low energy levels, and inflammation. Cutting sugar out of your diet will likely decrease inflammation, boost your energy levels, and improve your ability to focus"

after reading that quote you may say sugar is sugar, is it all bad for you. in a way yes cutting out all sugar is possible but you will deny yourself lots of things. there are different types of sugar and your body handles them all differently. to keep it simple the sugars you eat are digested then the brain analyzes what is what it sees sugar so it tells the pancreas to put out or supply insulin. when your body is at peek performance it is able to produce its own insulin. if you are to eat to much sugar to often the pancreas shuts down stops insulin production. that is where type 2 diabetes comes in the people with have to inject themselves with insulin. I know does not seem like a big deal but almost evetime you eat you have to check blood sugar levels does not sound fun to me.
