What may add calories

 Just about any food or beverage contains calories. For many of us soda is a large contributor in calories. Some may indulge in fast food often pizza (pizza is fast food) by doing that brings us lots of calories. Ever eat then feel hungry 30 minutes later. Congratulations you just ate empty calories. you do not know what that is foods with no nutritional value. people are consumed with eating fewer calories. to me funny, calories not the culprit it is sugar. you say really? I say yes I watched a man go from almost 400lbs to about 200lbs by limiting sugars consumption to less than 10mg daily.
